November, 2022: I was given the opportunity to talk about our work creating the Nemp1 Tension sensor, generating the six transgenic mouse lines to be able to measure transnuclear forces in vivo, and developing software resources to be able to reliably and reproducibly interpret in vivo FLIM data. It was also an opportunity to honor the two most influential mentors who have helped me invaluably in my career development, Dr. Zonglie Hong and Dr. Sevan Hopyan. You can give it a read here:
